Braised greens don’t have to be boring. With Zombie Breath’s garlic-n-onion-forward power and vinegar to cut through the richness, these greens hit all the right undead notes: savory, tangy, and bold.
Serve as a side to grilled meats or enjoy them as a warming, nutritious meal with beans or grains.
Ingredients:
- 
1 bunch collard greens or kale, chopped 
- 
1 tbsp olive oil 
- 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
- 
1 small onion, sliced 
- 
1 tbsp Zombie Breath 
- 
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
- 
1/2 cup broth or water 
- 
Salt to taste 
Instructions:
- 
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onions until translucent. 
- 
Add greens and toss to coat. 
- 
Sprinkle with Zombie Breath and pour in the vinegar and broth. 
- 
Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes until tender. 
- 
Uncover and cook off any excess liquid. Season to taste.
