Alfredo Noodles with Zombie Breath Cream Sauce

Powered by our intensely aromatic Zombie Breath blend, this sauce brings the undead back to life with a heady dose of garlic, onion, and subtle heat. Perfect for a cold night, a dinner party, or whenever you need to shut down a bland pasta routine.

Add mushrooms, asparagus, grilled chicken, lobster, clams, lamb or keep it plant-based—this versatile sauce is a flavor nuke in a bowl.

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 1.5 cups whole milk or plant milk

  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for vegan)

  • 1 tbsp Zombie Breath (more to taste)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.

  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  3. Whisk in flour to create a light roux.

  4. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth and slightly thickened.

  5. Stir in cheese and Zombie Breath. Season with salt.

  6. Toss in pasta, using reserved water to adjust thickness.

  7. Garnish with parsley and serve piping hot.
