You have done nachos. You have done loaded fries. This is the same spirit applied to a bag of potato chips, with enough smoke, cheese and crunch to make it a proper party tray.
Ingredients
- 1 bag chive or cheddar-chive potato chips
- 1 package beef kielbasa
- Handful of leftover pastrami, torn into small pieces
- Zombie Powder
- 2 to 3 green onions, sliced
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 to 3 tbsp 50/50 Sriracha and mayonnaise mix
- Cooking oil spray
Cook
- Lightly coat the kielbasa with cooking spray, season with Zombie Powder and cook on the grill, smoker or stovetop.
- Cut the cooked kielbasa into bite-size pieces. Crisp the pastrami separately if you want more texture.
- Spread the potato chips over a sheet pan.
- Top with kielbasa, pastrami, cheddar and green onion.
- Heat on the grill, smoker or in the oven just until the cheese melts.
- Finish with the Sriracha-mayo and another light dusting of Zombie Powder.
This is built for tailgates, parties and the kind of dinner where nobody needs a formal plate.
