Ingredients:

2 sweet potatoes, cubed 
- 
1 red bell pepper, chopped 
- 
1 small red onion, sliced 
- 
1 tbsp olive oil 
- 
1 – 1 1/2 tbsp Zombie Breath 
- 
Optional: eggs, tofu, or black beans 
- 
Chopped cilantro or green onions for garnish 
Instructions:
- 
Preheat oven to 425°F. 
- 
Toss sweet potatoes, peppers, and onions with olive oil and Zombie Breath. 
- 
Spread on a baking sheet and roast 25–30 minutes until golden. 
- 
Optional: add a fried egg or crispy tofu on top. 
- 
Garnish and serve hot.
