Ingredients:
- 
12 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice 
- 
2 tbsp unsalted butter 
- 
3 garlic cloves, minced 
- 
1 tbsp flour 
- 
1.5 cups whole milk or plant milk 
- 
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast for vegan) 
- 
1 tbsp Zombie Breath (more to taste) 
- 
Salt & pepper to taste 
- 
Fresh parsley for garnish 
Instructions:
- 
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. 
- 
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. 
- 
Whisk in flour to create a light roux. 
- 
Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth and slightly thickened. 
- 
Stir in cheese and Zombie Breath. Season with salt. 
- 
Toss in pasta, using reserved water to adjust thickness. 
- 
Garnish with parsley and serve piping hot.
