🌶 Easy Three Bean Chili Recipe

Whether you’re feeding a crowd, meal-prepping for the week, or just looking for a cozy bowl on a chilly night, this recipe delivers comfort with ease.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 bell pepper, diced

  • 1 can black beans, drained

  • 1 can kidney beans, drained

  • 1 can pinto beans, drained

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz)

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 2 tsp Zombie Powder

  • 2 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
  • Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.

  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute.

  3. Add beans, tomatoes, and broth. Stir well.

  4. Simmer uncovered 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with toppings like sour cream, cheese, or avocado.
