Ingredients:
- 
1 tbsp olive oil 
- 
1 onion, chopped 
- 
2 garlic cloves, minced 
- 
1 bell pepper, diced 
- 
1 can black beans, drained 
- 
1 can kidney beans, drained 
- 
1 can pinto beans, drained 
- 
1 can crushed tomatoes (28 oz) 
- 
2 cups vegetable broth 
- 
2 tsp Zombie Powder 
- 2 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
- 
Salt + pepper to taste 
Instructions:
- 
Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened. 
- 
Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute. 
- 
Add beans, tomatoes, and broth. Stir well. 
- 
Simmer uncovered 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
- 
Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot with toppings like sour cream, cheese, or avocado.
