The easiest question in a food video is whether the meal tastes good. Most filmed answers are predictable. The cook smiles, somebody nods and everyone agrees it is amazing.
There are more revealing questions available. Who taught you to make it? What were you doing before you sat down? What would your family say you always get wrong? How does this meal fit the place where you live?

Those questions can lead to humor, memory, technique and honest disagreement. They also leave room for the guest to be interesting without becoming a spokesperson for a product.
At ZSR, we want the food to create a reason for conversation. The best story might begin after somebody puts down the fork and decides to tell us something unexpected.
