Wings do not need a complicated sauce to earn attention. Zombie Ghost brings the familiar sweet-savory foundation of Zombie Powder, then lets the ghost pepper heat build behind it.
Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1 tbsp Zombie Ghost, divided
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Directions
- Heat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and set a rack on top if available.
- Pat wings very dry. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp Zombie Ghost and cornstarch.
- Arrange wings in a single layer and roast 25 minutes.
- Toss broccoli with remaining olive oil and remaining Zombie Ghost. Add to the pan and continue roasting 18 to 22 minutes, turning the wings once, until the wings reach 165°F and the broccoli is browned.
- Finish with lime and serve hot.
Heat check: Zombie Ghost is built for people who want noticeably more heat. Start lighter if needed, then add more at the table.
