Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole milk (or oat milk for dairy-free)
- 1 tsp Zombie Spice Rub Wake the Dead (smoky spice blend preferred)
- 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, combine milk, Zombie Spice Rub, turmeric, and honey. Heat on medium-low, whisking occasionally until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- Stir in vanilla extract and pour into a mug.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top for a garnish.

ZSR'd Lobster & Broccoli Mac-and-Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 lb elbow macaroni (or pasta of choice)
- 4 cups milk (whole or 2%)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp Zombie Spice Rub Zombie Powder (sweet-n-heat blend preferred)
- 2 cups steamed broccoli florets
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, diced
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook Pasta: Boil the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. Gradually whisk in milk, ensuring no lumps remain.
